Refunds and Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return items within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in good condition and you must provide the original sales receipt.

Tickets for the House on the Rock, other attractions, events, golf rounds are not refundable.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment orginally recived. We can only provide credit to the credit or debit card used for the orginal purchase.

Shipping Information:

We will ship your purchases via Certified Mail through the US Postal Service, usually within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of items through Certified Mail.
